I strive to make sure all my customers are happy with their purchases. If there are any issues please contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. I don't want anyone to be unhappy with their purchase!
I will accept returns with in 60 days of receipt of item. There is an extension for Christmas orders - they may be returned by the 15th of Janurary.
If item is over £60 - return shipping must be via Royal Mail Special Delivery with tracking and insurance for the value and is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be in a saleable condition.
Product Details:
Simple sterling silver post and backing set with a 6mm Sonoran Gold Turquoise Stone which has a green blue colour. (all stones are slightly differing in colour)
My jewellery is fabricated (this means crafted by hand) from my studio in the beautiful South Downs, Hampshire. Fabricating means I use metal in the form of sheet, wire or grain, in all different sizes, to create rings, earrings, pendants and bangles. Then if you are interested, I add gemstones - this is really my favourite part of making and what makes your pieces unique to you.
