Returns:
I strive to make sure all my customers are happy with their purchases. If there are any issues please contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. I don't want anyone to be unhappy with their purchase!
I will accept returns with in 21 days of receipt of item. A full refund will be issued if piece is returned in resalable state.
If item is over £60 return shipping must be via special delivery with tracking and insurance for the value and is the responsibility of the customer.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
- Ring Sizer
- Gift Vouchers
Conditions of return
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible.
